Antitrust Jobs is a job board for the antitrust community, run by Zenith Legal (opens in a new tab), a recruiting firm that specializes in antitrust. This policy covers the website at antitrustjobs.com and the Antitrust Jobs iOS app. It says what we collect, why, who can see it, and how to delete it.

The short version

  • You can browse government, in-house, and economic consulting jobs without an account.
  • To see law-firm listings you register with your real name and an email address you own.
  • Your registration is confidential. Only Zenith Legal (opens in a new tab) staff see it. Employers never do.
  • We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
  • You can delete your account, and the data tied to it, at any time.

What we collect

Your email address. When you sign in we email you a one-time code to confirm that you own the address. There is no password.

Your registration. When you register we store your full name, your profession (lawyer, economist, or paralegal or support), your years of experience, your current firm or employer if you give one, and whether and how you want a recruiter to contact you: by email or by phone, with your phone number if you choose phone.

Call requests. If you ask a recruiter to call you, we store your phone number, the best time to call, and what you would like to discuss. Zenith Legal (opens in a new tab) staff add their own notes, a status, and the recruiter assigned to your request.

Sign-in sessions. When you sign in we keep a session so you stay signed in. On the website it is held in cookies that are needed for the site to work; in the iOS app it is held in the device keychain. Our providers keep the technical records that come with running a service, such as the time of a sign-in and the IP address it came from.

We do not collect your searches, the jobs you view, your location, or your contacts, and we do not use analytics or advertising services.

How we use it

  • To confirm your email address and keep you signed in.
  • To show law-firm listings to registered people.
  • To let Zenith Legal (opens in a new tab) recruiters follow up with you when you ask them to. Staff are alerted to each new registration and call request so a recruiter can respond.
  • To keep the service secure and working.

Who sees it

Zenith Legal (opens in a new tab) staff can see registrations and call requests, including your contact preferences. They use them only to follow up with you.

Employers never see your registration. Registering or requesting a call does not send your details to any firm or employer. When you apply to a job, you apply on the employer's own site, under that site's terms.

Service providers process data for us so the service can run, under their own data protection terms:

  • Supabase, for the database and sign-in.
  • Vercel, for hosting the website.
  • Resend, for sending sign-in codes and staff alerts by email.

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose it if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep your registration and call requests while your account exists. When you delete your account they are deleted too.

Deleting your account

Sign in and open Account on the website, or Account in the iOS app, and choose Delete account. This deletes your sign-in, your registration, and your call requests, including the notes staff made about them, and signs you out on every device. It cannot be undone. You can also write to mason@zenithlegal.com and we will delete it for you.

Your choices

  • You can browse most of the site without giving us anything.
  • Recruiter contact is your choice. You can register without asking to be contacted.
  • You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by writing to mason@zenithlegal.com.

Children

Antitrust Jobs is for working professionals. It is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Questions about your data go to mason@zenithlegal.com.
